The Game Challanges HHH

Rapper The Game has slammed the World Wrestling Entertainment [WWE] star using the same stage name, claiming it was he who first used the moniker.

The "Dreams" hitmaker - real name Jayceon Taylor - is furious the TV heavyweight has copied his signature, and challenges his namesake to a fight to prove his credentials.

He says, "I'm much stronger than [wrestler The Game] is. I was 'The Game' long before he came about.

"He's on TV wrestling and it's pretend, made up. I wrestle in real life and I win."

Game Plan

The hype surrounding Game’s recently released second album Doctor’s Advocate meant it would only be a matter of time before he reached these shores for a show. Game played London about three times while supporting his debut set The Documentary. Much more than the average. Naturally, the Compton rapper always plays in west London. On a particularly horrible London morning the usual combination of label reps, press and groupies (both male and female) were in Lilywhites’ Picadilly Circus store to watch Game sign an endorsement deal with sportswear giant Lonsdale. The only time Jayceon Taylor smiled during the proceedings was when the rep from Lonsdale mentioned how much the deal was worth.

MTV's Mixtape Monday Year-End Spectacular

In 2006, we saw power plays between the North and South. We got headlines from thirtysomething vets and twentysomething young lions. Jay-Z came back and even did business with Nas. God's Son said hip-hop was dead. Some said the G-Unit fell off. The magic word of the year was "Bawwwwllllin'!" and a lot of records didn't perform at retail the way record companies had hoped they would. The year was crazy, but here are six acts that had it poppin' so hard that the streets and the mainstream had to pay attention.

The Game: "Touring is Like Being in Prison"

He's not enjoying being on the road in Europe right now as much as you'd think...

The Game has told MTV that being on tour sends him ever so slightly mad.

The outspoken rapper, who we recently revealed is dating former pop poppet Samantha Mumba, said, "Being on (the) bus is like being in a prison on wheels, man.
